Hi, friend! I’m so glad you found your way here! My name is Stephanie Gonzales, and I’m a hairstylist and salon suite owner at Studio Collective in Greenfield, Indiana. I graduated from Summit Salon Academy in 2019, and diving headfirst into this career was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Doing hair has always been my passion, and I feel incredibly grateful that I get to create beauty and confidence every single day.

Behind the chair, I specialize in lived-in, dimensional color—especially that perfect “bronde” blend that looks effortless and natural. I’m also obsessed with Invisible Bead Extensions; nothing compares to watching my client's confidence soar when we completely transform their look in just a few hours.

Education is super important to me, so I stay on top of the latest trends through classes, certifications, and hair shows. I’m certified in Invisible Bead Extensions and balayage (through Masters of Balayage), and I love learning new techniques to bring back to my guests. Some of my favorite brands to work with are Jack Winn Pro, Goldie Locks, Kenra, and K18.

I’m not just about hair, I’m a real person too! Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find me with my husband, our 9-year-old daughter Charli, and our sweet little Yorkie pup, Bailey. We love going on bike rides together, especially in the spring when everything feels fresh and alive again. I’m happiest when I’m outdoors, reading a good book, traveling, or enjoying simple self-care days.

At the heart of it all, my mission is simple: to help you look and feel your absolute best in a space that feels welcoming, comfortable, and just a little bit luxurious. I can’t wait to meet you, hear your story, and create beautiful hair (and memories!) together.
